A Rosie Award-nominated animated short and music video that required designing a custom digital pipeline to bring traditional, hand-drawn art to life. 

The primary challenge was preserving the tactile "soul" and imperfections of original physical media while transitioning it into a dynamic, animated format. The goal was to build a structured pipeline that respected the original artists' work, solved complex technical hurdles, and successfully married traditional craft with modern animation techniques.

Acted as the technical expert to translate creative visions into reality by building a labour-intensive, end-to-end production pipeline. Scanned and digitized physical media, refined textures in Adobe Creative Suite, and executed complex rigging and animation using After Effects and DUIK. Handled final compositing in DaVinci Resolve and audio mastering in Adobe Audition.

This project resulted in a polished and emotionally driven film. It earned a Rosie Award nomination for Best Animation and won Best New Music, reflecting strong multimedia execution.
